Larry’s leadership books include: Lead Like A Shepherd, Sticky Church, Sticky Teams, Sticky Leaders, Mission Creep, and The Unity Factor.
His books on spiritual formation and discipleship include: Thriving in Babylon, Accidental Pharisees, A Contrarian’s Guide to Knowing God, and 10 Dumb Things Smart Christians Believe.
Larry holds both a Master of Divinity and Doctorate degree from Talbot Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Nancy, live in Oceanside, CA. They have three married children and eight grandchildren.
She joined Life.Church under the leadership of Pastor Craig Groeschel in 2010. Melody served as a LifeKids Pastor, a Host Team Pastor, and an Associate Campus Pastor before leading as Campus Pastor at the Midtown Tulsa location in 2015. Her experience as a campus pastor includes growing a multi-site location, developing staff members, sending out attenders and staff to launch new locations, launching new service times, building community and strategic relationships, and fostering great central and campus partnerships.
She has been thriving in her calling to local church pastoring that God has placed on her life. She is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and leading other pastors to live out their calling with joy and fulfillment.
Melody earned a bachelor’s degree from Evangel University and a master’s degree in Human Relations: Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. She and her husband, Scott, have been married for 18 years and have three teenage boys.
