Why this rhythm
Most conferences fill every minute with content and send you home with a notebook. We’d rather send you home with a plan. Every main session is followed by a huddle, a facilitated small-group conversation with people in your same role, so what you just heard gets applied to your church while it’s still fresh. Breakouts are capped small enough to ask real questions.
We finish at 1 PM Wednesday on purpose: most teams fly or drive home together, and that trip is where the alignment happens.
