What this is, and who it’s for
About the Summit
Great ideas don’t create momentum. Alignment does. The Campus Pastor Multisite Summit puts executive pastors and campus pastors in the same room with 250 multisite leaders for two days, so they learn the same things, meet the same people, and come home seeing the same thing.
Multisite is one of the biggest decisions a church ever makes, and one of the hardest to lead well once you’re in it. Campus pastors carry the weight of a congregation without the authority of a senior pastor. Executive pastors are trying to keep central and campus teams pulling the same direction. And most of the available advice is either theory or someone’s war story.
The Summit exists to fix that. It’s built by multisite practitioners for multisite practitioners: short main sessions, small huddles where you actually talk, and breakouts led by people who are doing the job right now.

2027 theme: Advance
Strong ground. Forward movement.
This year is about taking new ground on purpose. Warren Bird and Jim Tomberlin will present the findings of the largest study ever done on multisite churches, before the book comes out, covering which models are working, campus pastor tenure, the traits of effective campus pastors, and facilities. Then we’ll spend the rest of our time together turning the research into a plan your team can actually run.
Who should come
Executive pastors
You own the system. Come see where the data says it breaks, and bring the campus pastors who have to live inside it.
Campus pastors
Two days with 250 people who do the exact same job. You’ll leave with names to call, not just notes.
Leaders exploring multisite
Don’t launch yet. Sit across from leaders who’ve already done it and see which models work before you leap.

How the two days work
Main sessions set the table. Huddles are small-group conversations around the tables, facilitated, with people in your same role. Breakouts go deep on one practical problem. Lunch is provided on Tuesday and boxed on Wednesday so you don’t lose the conversation. We wrap at 1 PM Wednesday so teams can debrief together on the drive or flight home.
We cap attendance at 250 on purpose. When it’s full, it’s full.
Early bird just got an extension.
