Jason Coache
Jason Coache is a passionate leader and the author of A Biblical Recipe for Success. With over 17 years of dedicated ministry experience, he is committed to equipping the next generation of ministry leaders. Jason's extensive background includes serving in various pastoral roles, from youth ministry to church planting, and his expertise extends to developing and assessing church planters. He has partnered with Converge to train new leaders and has personally coached a handful of church planters. Currently, Jason serves as an Outpost Pastor and Residency Pastor for One Church in New Hampshire, where he focuses on raising up leaders for ministry in New England and beyond. He also serves as the Director of Global Internships for Send Global, where he develops opportunities for hands-on ministry experience around the world. A graduate of Cairn University and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, Jason shares his insights on leadership and faith on his blog at jasoncoache.com. When he's not working, Jason enjoys backcountry hiking, is a dog lover, and supports all things New England sports. He is married to his wife, Ava, and together they have three children: Landon, Brady, and Reagan.
