Brooks Talbott
Brooks Talbott serves as the Online Campus Pastor at Compass Church in Colleyville, Texas, a vibrant multi-campus church with five locations. With a background that includes leadership roles at Apple, Inc., where he was involved in Retail Strategy and Brand Development, Brooks brings a wealth of experience in culture building, training teams and launching stores across the country. In addition to his ministry work, he and his wife, Sarah, own a thriving medical practice in central DFW. For the past seven years at Compass Church, Brooks has overseen Community Groups and led the “Rooted” 10-week discipleship experience. Currently, he serves as Campus Pastor to the Online Campus, which connects with a wide-reaching online community, that include online multisite groups in the DFW area, Community Groups that meet across the country, and supports underground churches around the world. He is passionate about helping churches see the potential of online ministry. Brooks has been married to Sarah for 14 years, and they have three children: Theodore, Heidi, and Emily. Together, they enjoy road trips, hiking, and camping adventures.
