Rory Eldridge
Rory Eldridge serves on the leadership team at ONE&ALL Church, a thriving multi-site church in Southern California. Known for his energetic communication style, practical ministry insights, and passion for seeing leaders thrive, Rory blends humor, storytelling, and real-world experience in every message. Outside of ministry, he coaches competitive travel baseball and loves investing in the next generation—both on the field and at home with his four kids, where the player-development needs never seem to end. Rory and his wife Laura are raising their family in the area, and he is honored to encourage and equip campus pastors at this year’s summit.
