Scott serves as Director of Campus Pastors at LCBC, where he leads, develops, and supports campus pastors across one of the country’s leading multisite churches. He joined LCBC in 2021 after spending 20 years leading multiunit teams in the marketplace, bringing extensive experience in developing leaders and building healthy teams across multiple locations. Today, Scott works directly with campus pastors to strengthen leadership, maintain alignment, and help each campus advance LCBC’s mission of introducing more people to Jesus and together fully following him. His unique combination of marketplace multiunit leadership and hands-on multisite church experience gives him a practical perspective on what it takes to lead campuses well at scale.
