Sonja Waltman

Sonja Waltman brings over two decades of executive-level leadership and currently serves as the Director of Central Ministries at LCBC Church. She is deeply passionate about developing leaders, navigating seasons of change, and helping others step confidently into their God-given potential. Beyond her work at LCBC, Sonja mentors women in the community and leads mission efforts in Kenya. She and her husband, Scott, are enjoying a sweet season as empty nesters and love serving together by mentoring young couples.
